Your Skills Can Change a Child's Story

CODEWA's volunteers are not helpers standing on the outside of the mission. They are part of the mission. From leading seminars in Tabora schools to contributing research from home, every volunteer brings something that changes what is possible for a child in Tanzania.

Inspiration Seminar Facilitator

Stand in front of a room of students who have never met someone who looks like them and achieved what they want to achieve. Lead a seminar that shows them what is possible. This is the role that changes childhoods.

Resilience Circle Mentor

Guide a monthly small-group mentorship session with at-risk youth. You do not need to have all the answers. You need to show up, listen well, and help young people believe they can build a future from where they are.

Digital Skills Trainer

Support the Girls AI Digital Hub by teaching AI tools, coding basics, Canva, or digital marketing. Out-of-school girls and young mothers are building livelihoods from these skills. Your expertise is their launchpad.

Health Professional

Doctors, nurses, midwives, and health educators are deeply needed. Support community health literacy sessions, advise on programme design, or contribute to our reproductive health and menstrual hygiene work from a distance.

CODEWA's evidence base is what attracts institutional funders. Academics, data scientists, and development researchers can help us strengthen our monitoring systems, analyse programme data, or co-author impact studies.
