CODEWA Participates in ANGOF 2024: Strengthening Collaboration for Greater Community Impact
From September 5–7, 2024, CODEWA proudly participated in the Annual Non-Governmental Organizations Forum (ANGOF) 2024, held at the Jakaya Kikwete Convention Centre in Dodoma. Represented by Juma Mahundi and Sadath A. Mwamsema, our team joined hundreds of NGOs, government representatives, and development partners in one of Tanzania’s most influential platforms for civil society dialogue.

- Government officials and policy leaders
- Local and national NGOs
- Community advocates and development experts
- Stakeholders passionate about the wellbeing of children, youth, and families
These interactions opened doors for potential collaborations and strengthened relationships that are critical for advancing community-centered development.

The sessions, panel discussions, and workshops offered deep insights into:
- Recent policy changes affecting NGOs
- Best practices in program delivery and accountability
- Approaches for strengthening community participation
- Innovative strategies for improving outcomes in child protection, youth development, and community empowerment
These learnings directly support CODEWA’s commitment to delivering impactful, sustainable programs that uplift vulnerable children, adolescents, youth, and caregivers.
A Step Toward Greater Collaboration and Impact
Participating in ANGOF 2024 reaffirmed our belief that strong partnerships and informed engagement are essential to driving meaningful change. The knowledge and connections gained will help CODEWA:
- Strengthen its internal systems
