La r\u00e9gion affiche le taux le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 d\u2019abandon scolaire du pays (7,4 %), principalement d\u00fb \u00e0 une combinaison d\u00e9vastatrice de pauvret\u00e9, de mariages pr\u00e9coces (58 %) et de grossesses adolescentes (27 %) \u2014 ce qui signifie qu\u2019environ une jeune fille sur quatre \u00e2g\u00e9e de 15 \u00e0 19 ans est d\u00e9j\u00e0 m\u00e8re.\nLes filles qui quittent l\u2019\u00e9cole, comme Salma Idd (dont l\u2019histoire de harc\u00e8lement et de manque de soutien est commune), ne sont pas autoris\u00e9es \u00e0 revenir dans l\u2019enseignement formel et font face \u00e0 une stigmatisation sociale profonde, \u00e0 un harc\u00e8lement \u00e9conomique et \u00e0 une d\u00e9pendance \u00e0 vie. Ces jeunes femmes sont exclues du march\u00e9 du travail et des moyens de subsistance traditionnels, sans possibilit\u00e9 de seconde chance. Le probl\u00e8me n\u2019est pas un manque de potentiel, mais une d\u00e9faillance catastrophique dans la fourniture d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s s\u00fbres et bas\u00e9es sur les comp\u00e9tences pour r\u00e9int\u00e9grer l\u2019\u00e9conomie moderne. Sans une intervention imm\u00e9diate et accessible telle que le Girls\u2019 Digital Access &amp; Skills Hub (GDASH), ce cycle de pauvret\u00e9 et d\u2019exclusion se transmettra \u00e0 la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration suivante.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description du projet<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le Girls\u2019 Digital Access &amp; Skills Hub (GDASH) est un projet communautaire \u00e0 petite \u00e9chelle con\u00e7u pour fournir aux adolescentes et jeunes femmes (15\u201324 ans) hors du syst\u00e8me scolaire des comp\u00e9tences pratiques num\u00e9riques et professionnelles. Il cible 50 filles et jeunes m\u00e8res hors du syst\u00e8me scolaire, confront\u00e9es \u00e0 une exclusion \u00e9conomique s\u00e9v\u00e8re et \u00e0 la stigmatisation en raison de mariages pr\u00e9coces, de grossesses adolescentes ou d\u2019abandon scolaire. Tabora constitue un point d\u2019intervention urgent, affichant le taux le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 d\u2019abandon scolaire et des niveaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s de grossesses adolescentes.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectif principal est de restaurer la dignit\u00e9 et l\u2019autonomie en dotant les participantes de comp\u00e9tences pertinentes pour le march\u00e9 dans l\u2019\u00e9conomie num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Composantes cl\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Formation aux comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques :<\/strong> A comprehensive curriculum covering typing, graphic design, AI, social media marketing, basic coding, and photo\/video editing.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Entrepreneuriat et comp\u00e9tences transversales :<\/strong> formation en planification d\u2019entreprise, communication et leadership, pr\u00e9parant les filles \u00e0 lancer des micro-entreprises num\u00e9riques.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Soutien psychosocial :<\/strong> mentorat et sessions entre pairs hebdomadaires pour traiter les traumatismes, reconstruire l\u2019estime de soi et favoriser la r\u00e9silience \u00e0 long terme.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Engagement communautaire :<\/strong> dialogues impliquant plus de 1 000 membres de la communaut\u00e9 pour d\u00e9construire la stigmatisation et promouvoir un environnement favorable aux secondes chances des filles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le projet pr\u00e9voit la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un Hub num\u00e9rique permanent avec des ordinateurs donn\u00e9s, servant de ressource communautaire durable pour l\u2019apprentissage et l\u2019incubation d\u2019activit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques. L\u2019objectif est que 70 % des participantes g\u00e9n\u00e8rent un revenu gr\u00e2ce aux activit\u00e9s num\u00e9riques dans les 12 mois. Les meilleures dipl\u00f4m\u00e9es recevront des kits de d\u00e9marrage num\u00e9rique (micro-subventions) pour lancer leur entreprise, contribuant \u00e0 un fonds auto-soutenu pour les cohortes futures. These kits provide them with the hardware and initial software licenses needed to launch their own digital micro-enterprises immediately upon graduation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">The &#8220;GDASH Mobile&#8221; Lab (Truck\/Minibus):<\/b> Our most ambitious goal. We are seeking a dedicated vehicle to be converted into a mobile computer lab. This will allow us to bring digital literacy to rural areas of Tabora, ensuring that girls who cannot travel to the city center are not left behind.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Solar Power Solutions:<\/b> To overcome local power outages and ensure uninterrupted learning, we are seeking partners to help us install a solar backup system to keep our workstations running 24\/7.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,3,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Reliable Internet Connectivity:<\/b> High-speed data is the lifeblood of our Hub.
