Les Mentorship and Inspiration campaign by CODEWA is designed to shatter these limiting beliefs. We create empowering spaces where children are not just heard, but truly seen. Our program bridges the gap between current struggle and future success by introducing learners to professionals—doctors, engineers, entrepreneurs, and leaders—who prove that where you come from does not determine where you are going.

Through structured seminars and personal growth workshops, we help youth build emotional resilience, self-esteem, and leadership skills. We tackle the harmful gender norms and social stigmas that hold girls and vulnerable youth back, replacing doubt with a growth-centered mindset.
