CODEWA Champions Early Childhood Development Through National Stakeholder Collaboration
On June 13, 2024, Community Development Watch (CODEWA) had the esteemed opportunity to participate in the National Multi-Sectoral Early Childhood Development Programme (NM-ECDP) 2021/22–2025/26 stakeholder meeting. This key gathering brought together government representatives, NGOs, community members, and parents, all committed to nurturing the next generation.

A Collaborative Platform for Change
The meeting, coordinated by the Jikomboe Integral Development Association (JIDA), provided stakeholders with a platform to share updates, best practices, and strategies to improve early childhood care, education, and development.
CODEWA’s Role
Chaired by Mr. Sadath A Mwamsema, CODEWA’s founder and Secretary General, the meeting highlighted our dedication to advancing early childhood development. We actively engaged with partners including World Vision Tanzania, Caritas, SHIVYAWATA, EGYPAF, TACEDE, Elimu Bora Foundation, and local community leaders, emphasizing collaboration to maximize impact.
